Outcomes
This isn't a course where you watch videos and hope for the best. By Week 19, you'll have built real things and proven real skills.
Configure an AI development environment with integrated tools, agents, and automated workflows tailored to your specific work context.
Use AI as a force multiplier across the entire development lifecycle. Not just prompting. Building.
Replace manual, repetitive business processes with reliable, scalable AI systems that actually work in production.
Look at a company's workflows and systems. Identify the inefficiencies. Pinpoint where AI delivers measurable impact.
Evaluate solutions by calculating cost savings, capacity gains, and revenue impact. Build the business case, not just the tech.
Document a real business problem, the solution you built, stakeholder engagement, and measurable outcomes. This becomes the most powerful item in your portfolio.
From AI fundamentals to deployed business solutions, every module is designed to build real, demonstrable skills. You'll work with the tools and platforms companies are actually using right now.
75 hours
Learn to think like a problem solver. Master frameworks, methodologies, and the fundamentals of how AI actually works. This is where you build the foundation everything else rests on.
75 hours
Understand how the internet and software systems work. Set up and customize an AI-powered development environment with the tools, agents, and workflows you'll use for the rest of the program.
60 hours
Build automations and AI agent workflows that replace manual processes. This is where things start to feel real. You'll deploy systems that actually do work.

75 hours
Analyze business workflows, calculate ROI, and build a capstone project with a real client. Present a professional case study that proves your value.
25 hours
Resume building, portfolio reviews, interview practice, and job search strategy woven throughout the program from day one.
Your Week
The core of the program. Building real things: coding, designing systems, solving problems, deploying solutions.
~15 hours/week
Weekly one on one meetings. Review progress, get feedback, troubleshoot blockers, plan the week ahead.
~2 hours/week
Reading documentation, researching solutions, deepening your understanding of the concepts you're applying in projects.
~5 hours/week
Resume, portfolio, interview prep, and job search strategy built into the program. Not bolted on after graduation.
~3 hours/week
Something in between that actually works.
The Differentiator
The capstone is a real engagement with a real business client. You identify their problem, build an AI solution, deploy it, and measure the ROI.
When it's done, you have a professional case study documenting what you built, how you engaged stakeholders, and what results you delivered.
Hiring managers don't care about your GPA. They care about proof you can do the work. The capstone is that proof.
See How It Works
No tech background needed. No specific degree. No age limit. A GED and a PhD start at the same line. What matters is curiosity, willingness to struggle through problems, and 25 hours a week you can actually commit. If you have that, you have what it takes.
For Veterans
This program is approved for GI Bill and VOC Rehab benefits. The structure translates well from military experience: disciplined, self-directed, outcome-focused. Clear objectives, measurable results.
You've already proven you can handle structure and discipline. This program respects that.

Questions
No. The program starts from zero. Your only prerequisite is the free Foundations Assessment, which takes about 3 hours and measures how you think and learn, not what you already know. Career changers from every background succeed here.
Yes. The program is online and self-paced. Many students work while enrolled. But be honest with yourself: this requires 25 real hours per week of focused work. Not passive video watching. If you have 25 hours available, you can make it work.
A free, roughly 3 hour evaluation that measures how you think, learn, and communicate. It's not a knowledge test. You don't need to study for it. It helps us (and you) understand if this program is a good fit. No commitment, no email required to start.
No. This is a university certificate program issued by Millersville University's Lombardo College of Business. The learning model is mastery-based: you prove the skill or you don't advance. No memorization tests, no busywork. It's more rigorous than a bootcamp and more practical than a traditional degree.
Graduates are prepared for roles like AI operations specialist, automation consultant, AI solutions analyst, business systems analyst, and AI implementation specialist. The capstone and portfolio give you real proof of work that hiring managers actually care about.
The program is self-paced within a 19 week structure. If you fall behind, your mentor works with you to build a plan to get back on track. You're not alone in this. But consistent engagement is required. Students who don't show measurable progress for two consecutive weeks may be withdrawn.
New cohorts start the first week of every month. No commitment to get started. Just pick the next step that feels right.
